Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
Equity, Diversity and Inclusion are very important to us and our desire to provide excellent care to all of our Inspire patients. We are committed to ensuring that every person who requires our services can expect to receive care safely, openly, and without fear of discrimination. Racist, sexist, or homophobic speech will not be tolerated in any way shape or form. We expect the best from ourselves and our patients in every interaction. Any communication that falls short of this expectation will result in being discharged from the clinic with no option of returning in the future. This is a professional environment and we are here to help.
Appointment Booking Policy
Appointments can be made by either using our on-line booking system or calling the office directly and leaving a message. If you use the on-line booking system, please make sure that you receive an email confirmation back, usually within a few minutes, to make sure the system registered your appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation, you do not have an appointment in the system.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Understanding that life changes quickly and you can’t always predict what your day will turn into, we only ask for a 2 hour cancellation notice. This at least allows us to arrange for another patient who may be waiting to fill your spot. Appointments that are missed without notice are subject to a cancellation fee. Please be considerate of patients who may be waiting for an appointment and let us know if you will not be able to make your appointment.
COVID 19 Policy
Inspire COVID-19 mitigation policies are based on advice from our Public Health Authorities. We are doing everything we can do to protect you from exposure while you are in our care, as well as to protect ourselves. These policies are subject to change based on current public health recommendations, so we ask that you respect and observe the information posted on the signs on our door as well as our communications with you via email or our Inspire Facebook account. If you have ANY symptoms of illness, we would ask that you call and reschedule your appointment regardless if it is COVID or not.
